Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the customer in technical writing work by following applicable standards and working procedures.

  • Assist in providing technical documentation solutions for Oil and Gas components.

  • Create, update, or standardize the Repair and Maintenance manuals, build sheets, parts catalogs, Bill of materials, testing procedures, manufacturing specifications.

  • Interact with the product/tool owners and gather all the information required to start developing new guides and update the existing guides.

  • Convert the legacy documents to online platform - Dozuki.

  • Coordinating the approval process for the technical documentation. Organizes reviews and ensures documentation meets customer requirements

  • Update manuals as per redlines/ markups from SME or technology. Interact with SMEs/ Tool owners for feedback clarification.

  • Technical writing of new tool lines under customer/ SME's guidance.

  • Keeping an updated knowledge of the main characteristics of the relevant products and a good awareness of the most common publishing tools on the market

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent writing and grammar skills and be able to work independently.

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a global, decentralized environment
