Job Title: Product Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technical savviness, with a keen eye for market trends and customer needs. The Product Manager will drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that the products meet strategic business goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.

2. Roadmap and Planning:

• Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on business impact and customer value.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.

3. Product Development:

• Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure smooth development and timely product releases.

• Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.

• Communicate product progress and strategy to leadership and other departments.

5. Launch and Go-to-Market:

• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.

• Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch to ensure KPIs are met.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and performance data to refine product features and enhance user experience.

• Foster a culture of iterative improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. - 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.

• Proven track record of managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
