The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Scientist who is ready to push the boundaries of science. In this role, you will hold a key position in our cross-functional Innovation Hub, where you will represent analytical development and drive the development and implementation of intravitreal (IVT) applications. Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role, you will implement and validate quality-relevant procedures for IVT formulations and release associated active substances and products.

• You are responsible for coordinating and establishing specific test points internally or at a CRO.

• The creation of smart stability programs for IVT formulations for prototype selection and derivation of runtimes is also part of your tasks.

• In addition, you bring together results from cross-divisional organizations and present them.

• You also support the Start of Development and work in multidisciplinary R&D project teams for assigned IVT projects.

Requirements

• Completed academic education in a Life Sciences discipline e.g. Master, PhD or similar with several years of experience in IVT analytics

• Innovative and enthusiastic scientist with the courage to think 'outside the box' and advance innovative ideas

• Active advancement of scientific questions with efficient, targeted planning, execution and interpretation of experiments in the analytical environment

• Team player with good communication skills

• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
