As a Plant Operator, you collaborate with team members in the recycling process to meet team goals and ensure everyone's safety. After initial training, new hires are scheduled for 4 days on, 4 days off 12-hour shifts (approximately 6pm-6am). Alternate 10-hour schedule may be offered, switching between 4 days on/4 days off and 5 days on/3 days off on a rotating schedule (approximately 2-10pm). Ability to work in a hot production area wearing protective clothing for up to 12 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation.
