About the role

This role will be responsible for review of Accounts Payable records, financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Pre audit of non stock & freight invoices

2. Review vendor payable before payment cycle Run

3. Monitoring bill tracker, and assigning the task to team,

4. Making different MIS i.e. Turnback tracker, Monthly SLA calculation

5. Monthly expense accrual workings

6. Resolving inter-department queries on bookings, payments and APMS issues

7. Monthly MEIS license reconciliation

8. Import accounting for all the entities

9. Month end Closing Activities.

10. Vendor reconciliation.
