Nvidia Senior Product Development Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. What you’ll be doing:

  • As part of Operations Engineering team that plays a key role in developing new Tegra/Automotive products, you will architect, design, and implement efficient manufacturing test processes.

  • Identify and implement the test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for our latest GPU architectures, built in leading-edge process technology.

  • Analyze product yield limiters and drive resolution of failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), test to root-cause problems and implement improvements.

  • Define product test requirements and drive NPI bring up, validation, and characterization for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites.

  • Influence and optimize the accurate placement of test coverage across our test and supply chain to reduce cost and production waste.

    What we need to see:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3 + years of experience or BS with over 5 + years working experience (or equivalent experience)

  • Strength presenting to technical audiences and generating the content for developers, c ritical thinking, solution focused and attention to detail

  • Experience with ASIC mixed-signal design, characterization and qualification.

  • Knowledgeable in the area of DFT, device physics

  • We like people who are highly motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, good work ethics and a high sense of team-work

    Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with DRAM testing and familiarity with 2.5D assembly

  • Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST and IOBIST

  • Passionate about experimental work and data evaluation, hunger to get to the bottom of understanding where models fall short in the real world.

  • We appreciate additional programming skills in Python or other scripting language.

  • Hands-on experience with ATE testers for Silicon bring-up and debug, as well as utilizing Failure Diagnosis/Isolation tools to root cause fix Silicon manufacturing defect.
