Description

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Coordinator in the manufacturing industry, located in Irwin, PA. The role involves providing support to the marketing and sales teams, as well as content creation, event & tradeshow planning, updating databases & websites, and utilizing various software tools.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and implementing marketing communications projects including public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness

• Creating content for social media platforms and analyzing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

• Regularly updating company websites and ensuring the content is relevant and up to date

• Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for designing and enhancing digital content

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 for content creation and communication

• Employing WordPress for website management and updates

• Using database systems for effective customer relationship management and data handling

• Creating and managing advertisements to promote the company's products or services

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in marketing, communications, or a relevant field

• Proficient with CRM systems and database management

• Ability to use Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for marketing strategies

• Experience in creating and managing advertisements

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
