About the position:

Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to join a World Class HR team and business! As a part of the Raymond HR Business Partner team, you’ll partner with a group of leaders and associates to attract, retain, manage performance and develop our most important asset – our associates.

• Your passion and experience partnering with leaders to engage associates at all levels to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Provide support to all facets of new employee onboarding (3rd Party Staffing, interview scheduling, facilitating pre-employment testing, onboarding, new employee orientation)
• Manage badge access and program access for associates.
• Manage site communications via Digital Communication Board
• Outstanding competencies including: consulting, coaching, ethics and integrity, business acumen

This is an onsite position in Lebanon, Indiana.

About you:

• A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related field is preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience is required.

It would be great if you had:

• Professional designations preferred (e.g. PHR, CEBS, etc.)
• Experience with ADP or similar HRIS/ATS systems is preferred
• Experience working across multiple business units is preferred
• Experience working in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment is preferred.

About the total compensation package:

Wage: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. Compensation will be based on the combination of the candidate’s experience and education.
