JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: This position assists with the manufacturing of all products made at the Babcock Hall dairy plant (ice cream and milk production). The incumbent also cleans processing equipment, floors and walls as directed by the supervisor. Individual unloads trucks and moves stock between storage rooms and the production plant. The selected candidate must have the ability to operate plant truck (less than 26,000 lb. gross weight) in the delivery of dairy products on the local-Madison campus and to other state agencies. The selected candidate will work well with others, be flexible, and be detail oriented. Work is performed under general supervision.
