Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more.

We are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager for Amazon Flex.

Scope of role: Devise and execute the digital performance marketing strategy to acquire new deliver partners to the Amazon Flex program across different regions and vehicle types in Japan. This role will work closely with performance marketing agencies through management of our performance marketing channels to create consistent experiences for audience cohorts, and drive innovation in developing new marketing channels to grow the program. They will raise the bar by being a pioneer and introduce new strategies, provide recommendations to test new performance products, and proactively drive optimizations across channels to improve performance and efficiencies.

Key job responsibilities

• Working closely with the Capacity & Planning Team to set new Delivery Partner requirements to fulfil Amazon package demand

• Own the holistic digital strategy across Paid Search, Social, SEO (organic search) and Programmatic Digital Product

• Develop and initiate audience segment analysis, targeting channel plans, and ongoing management and reporting across key regions and vehicle types

• Oversee the execution of individual channel plans and ongoing tracking, working with the agencies on daily optimizations to deliver lead targets by region

• Monitor channel analytics such as; visitation data, leads, conversion rate, Cost Per Lead and new accounts created

• Conduct analysis of large & varied data sets to draw key insights including; search intent, keyword research and SEO activities (organic search) to measure performance, and inform both media content strategies

• Create the experimentation roadmap and provide recommendations that will increase acquisition and ROI

• Manage partner agency relationships, while establishing & maintaining communications with publishers and tech partners direct

• Develop the acquisition multi-touch attribution framework, identify partners, and manage the roll out plan

• Collaborate with functional experts; Marketing, Finance, Program Managers, Capacity & Planning and possess strong analytics in order to identify growth areas and enhance business performance

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Business level of English

  • Business level of Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in acquisition marketing in relevant industries

  • 2+ years of experience in agency management

  • Understanding of SQL

  • Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions

  • Proven track record of creating and executing marketing campaigns using tactics that includes digital advertising, lead nurture programs, live events, webinars, and social media

  • Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and has great attention to detail

  • Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
