Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a learning experience platform (LXP) consultant for a learning and development team. This consultant will guide the business on how best practices to integrate an LXP and xAPI successfully. This candidate must have previous experience within those 2 practices to be able to effectively lead the business.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working within Learning and Development

• Strong understanding of LMS (Learning Management Systems) and LXP (Learning Experience Platforms)

• Experience with SCORM and experience with successfully implementing xAPI

• Strong understanding of interactive content platforms

• Ability to guide the business with best practices on how to implement a LXP successfully and ability to create a return on investment framework - Experience with social learning and design

• Leading graphic designers and instructional designers

• Social learning and design of short content null
