    To strengthen our team in Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) R&D Chemist.

Job Responsibilities

  • Focus on process development/optimization of VAE emulsion polymerization, from lab scale, pilot to production;

  • Support product development projects, including scale up, trouble shooting, quality improvement and process optimization;

  • Lead localization of products from overseas plants;

  • On-time delivery routine experiments, analyzing polymer dispersions and writing reports;

  • Work closely with manufacturing team to pilot support, productivity improvement and raw material qualification;

  • Assist R&D manager for pilot lab management, key equipment maintenance and EHSS;

  • Collaboration and support with ADTS colleagues to achieve project deliverables timely;

  • Maintain samples, chemical substance, test equipment and operational procedures;

  • Meet the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

Qualifications Required

  • Master's degree on polymer science or macro-molecule science;

  • Working experiences in R&D or Technical Service field in industry for 26 years;

  • Minimum 2 years' experience on emulsion polymerization, either in university or in industry;

  • Practical laboratory experience;

  • Taking initiative, positive and keep curiosity character;

  • Good in oral English and skilled in written English;

  • Strong team spirit and good communication skill.
