We are currently collaborating with one of our top-notch clients in the education industry to fill the role of Compensation Analyst in the Southtowns. This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive pay range of $56,000-$66,000 depending on experience, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization committed to excellence. Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough analysis, design, and administration of employee compensation programs, encompassing base pay, long and short-term incentives, and bonuses. * Benchmark job positions to establish competitive compensation ranges within the early childhood education sector, ensuring our client remains a leader in the industry. * Prepare and present comprehensive summary reports of job and compensation analysis information to support strategic decision-making. * Provide valuable advice to management on effective pay decisions that align with employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment. * Gather and analyze data from market-based compensation surveys, evaluating results and staying abreast of market trends to inform decision-making. * Perform data and cost analyses for employee negotiations and other compensation-related initiatives, ensuring a fair and competitive approach. * Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll outputs, surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, and competitor practices.

Qualifications * 2+ years of compensation analysis/HR experience. * Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods. * Familiarity with Human Resource laws, regulations, and best practices. * Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Compensation Management Professional (CMP) is an asset.

Education * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
